Travel and Parking

The school gates are opened at 8.40am. The playground is supervised by the staff team from 8.40am to 8.50am. We recommend that children arrive between 8.40am and 8.45am as our playground whistle is blown at 8.50am and pupils begin learning in their classrooms.

We also request that parents and carers use the designated footpath and do not cut across the car park. Please do not park on the zig-zag lines and exercise extreme care during the busy times, at the beginning and end of the school day.

The school closes at 2.10pm on Fridays throughout the school year to facilitate staff training, and also at 2.10pm on the three Parent Consultation days.

Transport

All transport to and from school is arranged via the Transport Manager at the Civic Centre, telephone number 01895 250008. Mr Goddard and our Family Support Workers are always available to discuss particular transport issues.
